Pika- is clearly a Pikachu reference, while -don appears to be the Japanese rendering of the æ´ž (-dong) suffix on the names of North Korean missile tests. (The normal Japanese reading of this kanji is dou.)
The furigana read "Getto da ze!", the original tagline for the Pokemon games (translated as "Gotta catch 'em all!" in the West).
