Are pics tagged as "not furry" deleted or does the tag just mean the pic includes a humanoid character?

Also, is there a DNP or partial-DNP list? I mean, besides pics that aren't furry related.

not_furry should be used if the picture contains no furry characters, they will also eventually get deleted.
